Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

The resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.


Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return instructions and the return address will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.

Please do not send products back without prior approval.


Refund Process

Approved Refunds
